Trick-or-or treating in Grove Port was something to see, even though the weather was cold, windy, and rainy. I don't think the rain ever let up, and Julie and Jit didn't know what to expect in the way of ghosts and goblins at the door, and I thought it was fantastic. But they were disappointed that I didn't get to see what it's usually like when the weather cooperates. We estimated that they still had 450-500 trick or treaters. And this was in really yucky weather. There was plenty of fun and festivity inside the house, also, with their friends, lots of food, and and a very good time overall. I simply can't imagine the usual 400-500 more that they usually have, because I thought this crowd was unbelievable.
